Getting a Fade Haircut

A specific law in Leviticus forbids men from cutting the hair on the sides of their head or clipping off the edges of their beards. This is often interpreted as a prohibition against the grooming styles of neighboring pagan nations. Modern styles like fades, sharp lineups, or even a clean-shaven face would violate this command.
